Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueNot sure why my review keeps getting deleted I love my town of Waukon and am so happy to have and support businesses here. J Nails is expensive but for a good service I am willing to pay double what it cost me to go to LaCrosse, however this is not the case with J Nails. I went to use a gift certificate that I got for Christmas, I checked the date to see if there was an expectation date when I got it. The only date I found was the date it was issued. In small print on the left hand side it states only good for 6 months. The man was rude and would not take it, (I was a few days over the issued date) he laughed at me when I tried to have a conversation with him about not seeing the “fine print”. I sure hope everyone else is treated better than I was. Critical: Punctuality, QualityBoth appointments they were running late and rushed to get me finished before there next appointment. The last time they ripped my thumbnail off to the skin and I was bleeding. There was no apologize and no compensation. I will never go back and would not recommend this nail salon.Service: Manicure

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThey are super nice and treat you like family and definitely beats going far to get good nails super nice they offer drinks and cookies highly recommend.
