Today I went to Johnny. I am the type of person before a nail appointment who will find a picture of exactly what I want before hand just to avoid any confusion of trying to explain what I want (I always recommend that to anyone as well). But I honestly feel like with Johnny that wasn’t needed. He asked me every step of the way if my nails looked the way I wanted them to and if I wanted him to change anything. He took his time and really made sure it looked right. My nails looked exactly like the picture which you’d be surprised at how rare that happens. The only cons I saw were that I didn’t really see anyone clean between customers and I do hope the owner of the salon sees this review and takes this constructive criticism as that is a huge turn off. However, the hospitality, skill, and service is on point. I understand local business and how much reviews mean to them and that’s why I am writing this. If you want to leave with exactly what you came in wanting, Johnny is the guy!

Didn’t like it at all. In a rush because it was busy. Maybe have more people working in the weekend since people love getting the nails done in the weekend. And the owner is rude. Nice at first but then after she has an attitude. Never coming back.

I’m so disappointed. I’ve been to this nail salon a handful of times and have never had a single issue until now. I had an appointment to get a full set and in two days I had nails lifting. Not to mention the length was so bad they were all uneven. It’s been less then a week and all the nails on my left hand have lifted and hurt! I’ve never had this happen. I’ll be taking them off immediately. What’s funny is while I was there a woman called so upset because all her nails had lifted too and we’re coming off. How ironic.

I walked in after being let down from the previous place (last review) and the lady was HONEST with me. Said they had 3 appts but if those people didnt show up she would take me in 15 min. Those people didn’t show, was taken in 15 minutes, out the door in 45! Thank you for quick and honest service. Nails look good too

I have been here quite a few times, but the last couple of times I’ve gone, they have not done a good job. They are always doing a rush job and the “head lady” was extremely rude to me when I returned the next day with a chipped nail and asked if they could fix it (my nails were done poorly And they still keep chipping) and she gave me attitude and talked behind my back the entire time. They are also not careful when they use the dremmel, they have cut my skin so many times…stupid me for going back…not anymore.

I used to live this place but the 2 last visits were bad. Some rude people. I was there about a month, did the gel manicure that usually last longer and always did for me. Well, it was peeling after 2 days. Las friday i got the same guy and nicely told him what happened. He was rure and send me to another person and speaking their language and laughing. Only 2 are super nice: Lilly and a guy name that only do pedicure and I’m ashamed i cannot remember his name. Finding another place to get my nails

Three people worked on my nails. The First lady rushed putting the acrylic on so it wasn’t smooth and not one nail was shaped the same.. The second one painted my nails terribly and put like 6 coats of polish. The third lady did a terrible design looked nothing like the example.. Then I went back to the second lady to get a clear coat.. She messed up my design knew she messed it up and didn’t care . Do not go to this nail salon they are fu**king terrible. Well terrible is an understatement. If I could give less than a star I would but they probably deserve a star for being nice. But none of them deserve the license they had.
