I’ve had a positive experience in the past with other nail techs, but this time I got Rebecca. Her use of the electric buffer tool is excessive. She nicked me once and I flinched and told her— it was that burning feel when they go on for too long. Then she did that twice more! You could clearly see the pink of my nail beds, and I had her cut two nails short just because they was so thin & weak (and I have thick, healthy nails) they hurt too much to keep. The final result is beautiful, but I am not looking forward to nursing my nails back to health after this.

Great mani pedi great massage phenomenal service excellent people great conversations and just all-around good vibe. They let us book when they only had 30 minutes left till they closed, and it was for two people getting manicures and pedicures and they did everything that we wanted and then some and were very happy to accommodate. Will absolutely be going back for another one later on can’t wait to see them again. Lily and Yan we’re amazing with everything and made awesome recommendations for colors and combinations for pedicures and manicures super happy with them.

Waste of money. I went in for an acrylic fill and gel manicure. First the male owner who was doing my nails over filed them and literally cut all of my nail beds. Then the next day the paint was already completely chipping. They were nice enough to redo the manicure for free but the same guy over filed my nails again and completely ruined my nail beds. Experience was painful and disappointing.

Jack was very attentive, did a nice job on my nails. The neck massage is a nice touch. Spa pedicure relaxing. Very clean place and excellent attention to pandemic protocols.
