I’ve been here three times now, once for a full acrylic set, then for refills. The first two times Tommy was my tech and did an incredible job. He took his time and ensured that each nail was perfect—one of my tips was a bit crooked the first time, he immediately removed it and re-did it without any prompting. Sang did my most recent set (catseye gel polish) and did an incredible job as well. I highly recommend this salon.

Place was amazing not only did they do my nails so well and exactly how I wanted it, the staff was polite and made sure I enjoyed my time there. The male who did my acrylic nails was very outgoing and interactive which was nice and welcoming , we had nice conversations while he did my nails. I honestly recommend this place nail salon!! :)))

First time went to Jodi did a refill and 6 designs . She did awesome on the design and She did well with the shape of my nails as well which I’m very picky about. great experience. They were pleasant and took there time.

I visited the salon on Saturday 7/2 for a gel mani and pedi. By Thursday my nails were already peeling. I made another apt 7/8 for a gel polish change (aka getting my nails painted the same color that peeled off) I brought my own gel color into salon and my apt with Tommy was changed to Mimi for the polish change. She seemed in a rush and almost left my nails with streaks in them, until I spoke up for myself. Even then, some still had streaks and air bubbles. After all was said and done. I walked over to pay and they had the nerve to charge me $25 for a gel polish change – that looked horrible and I supplied the gel for. I’m sorry this is taking advantage of the customer. And I have no intention of coming back.

This was my first time at J’s nail salon and I loved it . Sang did my nails and he did a great job!! They were the cleanest/neatest my nails have ever been. He talked to me the whole time I was in his chair and he was quick and efficient. I will be returning to him from now on!

This place is the worst i asked for a color change and half my nail wasnt even painted and the previous color was still half on. Looked like a 2 yr old did them. Smh I said something to them. All they did was argue with me and then charged me 45 dollars. Terrible place to go to

It was my first visit at J Nails & Spa LLC. I was running a little late and received a call from someone at the salon to confirm if I was still coming. I apologized and upon arrival, the person who greeted me at the door was very welcoming, patient and accommodating. Sang did my nails. It was good conversation and he worked quickly yet he was very thorough and conscientious about his work. He made some recommendations for my nails. I like this and more importantly, I loved what he did with my nails: ombre acrylic and designs on my ring fingers. Sang briefly stopped to check over the work he did before proceeding to the next phase. He asked what color I wanted on my feet and which colors I liked. I told him and he came back with the perfect color. I went to the back to Tom. Tom did an awesome job on my pedicure. He too had good communication with me while doing my feet. I was the last customer but no one seemed to rush through their work. I would have liked to have been offered a beverage during my visit but all in all, it was a great experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend J Nails to anyone!

I have been coming here for many years. Recently it has not been a good experience for me. I would make an appointment – get there and someone is in the chair at my appointment time so I was forced to use someone else for services. I don’t have a problem with that because it’s been good at times but the quality of care has gone down. As far as cleaning and sanitizing in between clients and my nails looking and keeping nice for more than a week like before. I wanted to give up on them, but out of commitment, like any relationship, I stayed. I got my nails soaked off this last time because I know I’ll have to find another establishment and when I got home my nails were so sore and there was glue still stuck on a few of my nail beds that I had to soak them again after paying to have them take it off. I’m very unhappy. I don’t want to use any names because I did really like them – I just will not be going back.

Not worth the price. I got these nails w a simple “LV” sticker and it came to $100. I feel like you can go to your local entrepreneur nail tech and get more for less. I get diamonds, stickers and studs at a long length for $85. I recommend “sammmy.nails” on Instagram. Acrylic nails
