I did not have a good experience. I had an appointment but ended up waiting 40+ minutes for someone to be able to start on my nails and the manicure job was unfortunately not that good. One of my fingers she cut the nail so short it hurt the rest of the day. She also left in the middle of doing my nails and worked on something else. All I got was a regular manicure and I was there almost 2 hours. If they are short staffed, they should have not given me the appointment. I had an appointment afterwards so tried leaving without drying my nails which made them upset with me. The whole experience was not enjoyable and will not go back.

I’ve been to this salon several times. Today took my two girls with me. They always have a way to accommodate you, and make you feel welcome, even without an appointment ( sorry , I keep forgetting to make one) . Today had Helen for my dip nail french manicure. She was excellent! Didn’t get the name of the tech that worked on my girls but they were both happy with their toe nails regular polish. 15$ for both of them and they felt like little queens having a full manicure. One of them messed a nail and another tech stepped in without me asking and fixed it for her, these simple details made their day! Thanks J nails staff!

Went here with my mother in law and was very disappointed with the service. Received a gel manicure and pedicure and it was only 35 minutes overall. There was no foot massage, no hand massage (not even lotion or cuticle oil applied to hands), and the filing on my nails was terrible. The manicurist didn’t bother to ask how to shape them and didn’t even make them the same length. Having not been to the business before, I thought perhaps the massages just weren’t included in basic package but when I looked up the prices after I left, the massages should have been. Furthermore, my gel was already peeling up 4 days after going. These are my nails 10 days later and I can easily peel off all the gel and it keeps getting caught in my hair. I’ve gone other places and it’s lasted at least 4 weeks.

This is the BEST nail salon I have been to in my whole life. They are extremely customer service oriented. All of the staff is so friendly. The owners work incredibly hard and will always fit you in quickly if you do not have an apt. 11/10 recommend using J Nails, there’s no better! My daughter was having her nails done so they asked me if I wanted my nails done. I decided to go with a pedicure but half of my big toenail was torn halfway across my nail bed. The young man did a marvelous job of cleaning, sanding and then glued my nail back down. It looked perfect!! Even without polish… Harry did an excellent job! Pedicure
