My first time here I received a gel polish service and service was AMAZING! Shop was clean, I had an appointment and was taken as soon as I walked in. My 2nd time I had an appointment waited 45 minutes and had to leave. I’m not sure what’s the purpose on booking an appointment and still having to wait 45 minutes. Today was my 3rd appointment and I an highly disappointed. Hannah did a rush job on my gel nails, polish is uneven and bulky. She was in such a rush to get me out after she polished my toes she forgot I needed my nails done also. Wasn’t very friendly today at all. When a customer is paying for whatever service they ask for the nail technicians should always take their time to deliver!!!!

John use to do my nails, he is the only person I would let do my nails here. It’s been a while since I’ve been here. It was a little crowded or either I couldn’t get an appointment with John. I found a place closer to my home to go to but would definitely still use them if I needed to. They offer a variety of services that include lashes, eyebrow arching & so on. I like the pedis here. I like for Johns sister to do them. She scrubs pretty good.

I don’t usually post reviews but I must for J Nails. I normally go to a different nail salon but they were fully booked. I went to J Nails on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. The salon is very clean and relaxing. Huan is amazing. My nails have never turned out so good! One can easily see that he is an expert at nails. He’s meticulous and efficient. The entire staff are friendly. I think I’ve found my permanent nail salon.
