I miss the days when you could go get a gel manicure and it last until you get your next manicure. I came here for the first time on Saturday for services. The pedicure and manicure went fine but by Monday the gel polish starting peeling off. By Tuesday I was able to peel them all off like stickers. So basically the gel polish lasted for 2 days. I just hate wasting money ;(

Critical: ProfessionalismI have come to this location on and off since 2008. Today was the last straw! I got my nails done yesterday(gel fill-in). Not even 24 hours later, 3 of my nails broke completely off. I went back when I got off of work, and sat for 30 minutes before being seen. Once I sat down, the nail tech said it would be a charge. As a long time customer, my nails should have been fixed free of charge. Instead the manager, Mary, was rude and nonchalant as she told me I had to pay $10 to get them fixed. This was a “so-called” discount as she stated they usually charge $5 per nail.She stated that she doesn’t know what I do at home, so it was not going to be free. I told her I paid a $10 tip yesterday, and that should be taken into account. She walked away and said I could pay $10 or wait until he comes back to work. I was NOT going to wait longer or put up with the lack of customer service. It is clear that the materials used are not up to par. It is also apparent that customers are not valued. I would not suggest this location. I know it is convenient to people that live in this area, but we deserve better. We pay way too much on nails to put up with poor service and watered down products. I have come to this location on and off since 2008. Today was the last straw! I got my nails done yesterday(gel fill-in). Not even 24 hours later, 3 of my nails broke completely off. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueI don’t want you to be sad/disappointed like I was. Go elsewhere and leave with a smile on your face instead of a frown. I just bought a home in Fairburn and am still learning the area. I have not found a nail salon close to home and didn’t feel like driving all the way to John’s Creek this morning, so I decided to give this place a try.I was extremely disappointed. Upon entry, I was neither greeted nor acknowledged. I had to approach one of the nail techs, sitting closest to the entrance, and say hello. She finally greeted me; I then told her I wanted a fill-in. She simply said “okay,” and nothing more. I proceeded to ask her how long the wait would be and she very dismissively said “30 minutes.”Needless to say, I quickly called another nail salon and jetted out of that place. Customer service is just as important to me as quality of the actual service. It is the experience that counts and these amateurs need to learn that! The customer service is trash, they do not use non-latex gloves for pedicures which is a drag because I’m allergic to latex so I could not get a pedicure. Also, I witnessed a nail tech reuse the same disposable pair of latex gloves she used on one client’s feet on another client’s feet which displays poor hygienic standards and selfishness. I walked out after I saw that bc it had me thinking if these are their hygienic practices, do they even clean the tools and equipment used on finger nails? The nail salon appears to look newly renovated by the way.
