Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWould rate this place less than a 1 star if I could. She told me over the phone it’s first come, first serve. I go in at 12, she makes me wait till 2pm for acrylics. She did the worst shape, cut them unevenly and when she put the acrylic powder, it’s bulky on one side, thin on the other side. She had acrylic powder on the bottom of my nail as well. She didn’t even clean the cuticles although I told her if she could fix them for me. I asked her to fix the shape and she gave me attitude and didn’t even fix it correctly. I’ll attach pics to to it. I would not recommend this place. She treated one customer better than the other ones and I’m not sure why. I told her couple times to fix the shape and the bulk ones and same thing, she kept telling me that she will fix it but if something goes wrong, I cannot come back in.Would rate this place less than a 1 star if I could. Would rate this place less than a 1 star if I could. She told me over the phone it’s first come, first serve. I go in at 12, she makes me wait till 2pm for acrylics. She did the worst shape, cut them unevenly and when she put the acrylic powder, it’s bulky on one side, thin on the other side. She had acrylic powder on the bottom of my nail as well.
