Rachel S at J Michael’s is the best! I used Rachel for my bridal hair and she did an amazing job. I also go to her regularly for hair color and cuts, eyebrow waxing, and most recently hair extensions. Rachel is so professional and friendly and always does an outstanding job. She really listens to you and what you are wanting and gives you realistic expectations up front. Definitely recommend!

He really understands exactly my vision of what I want done to my hair and we work together to really be on the same page when it comes to color services. Garrett is very detail oriented. If you’re someone who is very particular when it comes to your hair, Garrett will listen to your needs and execute it perfectly! The energy Garrett creates for his clients is truly unmatched! I have been going to J Michael’s for almost 2 years now. I have had services from a few different stylists (they were all amazing!!) but I always go back to Garrett! He really understands exactly my vision of what I want done to my hair and we work together to really be on the same page when it comes to color services. Garrett is very detail oriented. Horrible experience I went in there to get my soft black hair lifted to my natural brown color I walked out of there in tears,my daughter ran her hands through my hair and noticed bleach still in the back of my hair, I called and was told by the girl who answers the phones that I could go bathroom and rinse the bleach myself or come back, I came back, as I live an hour away, a different stylist rinsed out my hair and I left the salon, with my hair wet, looking horrible and and a $350 price tag! Their customer service is awful and they don’t care whether you’re happy with the way your hair turned out I feel like I got scammed , she did try to correct it Monday but, my hair is still black in the front and many other spots look black as well. The back is lighter with blonde looking highlights.This is Not at all what i asked for!! Bella did a horrible job on my hair and RUSHED the whole entire time. The whole experience was a complete and total nightmare I wish I had never found this salon. When I spoke with the manager all she said was,well she’s really grounded in this she’s really grounded in that, NO, they’re really GROUNDED in taking your money and getting you out the door. AWFUL!!!

Every haircut I get with Brittany looks great. She does a wonderful job with my hair every time. I’m so happy with my latest haircut from her. I think it might be the best one I’ve ever had. I feel like she really understands me and my hair. Whenever I tell or show her what I want, she always delivers. She’s very skilled and professional. She’s also friendly, down-to-earth and easy to talk to. I can’t say enough good things about her.

Erica is your girl. She pampers you with good conversation and amazing scalp massages!! Erica listens intently to what you want and delivers every single time. I always look forward to getting my haircut and getting to relax. Erica always makes sure you are comfortable, relaxed, and ever offers wine- if you like that I sure do. Just and all around warm person to be around. Highly recommend 🙂

Bella Sanders at J. Michaels Salon really made an impression on me! After several years with my trusted hair dresser he suddenly retired right before a big event and with no notice. Is was able to get in with Bella, which might make you nervous, right? Why isn’t she booked solid like everyone else? I’ll tell you something, she should be! She’s relatively new to the salon but has experience elsewhere. She not only made my blonde glow just the way I like it to but was immensely pleasant to talk to. She had just finished a tough color correction customer but had such a positive attitude about the whole thing. She is a breath of fresh air and I will look forward to going back to see her every 5 weeks. I may have lost a trusted hairdresser yesterday but I gained a new amazing one today! Thank you, Bella, for making this day so much better than I thought it would be.
