I had made an appt with Ruby about a week before. I got there without being late only to find out she had booked someone else at the same time as mine. I waited for about an hour or so. During that hour we saw other girls walk in which she ended up attending before me. I’m not the kind to get bothered about customer service. I try to be comprehensive even if you’re running late. But my time is just as valuable as others. I didn’t walk in, I made an appt to not have to wait as much and yet I did. I ended up walking out. So disappointed.
