Would not recommend a visit here. Pedicures were very basic yet charge price of a real spa. They are now sending generic letters to customers that owe money a year after a service. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I have been a client here for many years. Recently I am extremely disappointed with their services and staff. I got laser hair removal done for about a year which equals 12 treatments. I have full hair growth that came back not even two months after. I wasted thousands of dollars on a machine that is not even FDA approved or an actual laser hair removal machine. Secondly, I recently went for a massage and the massage therapist talked my ear off the whole entire time which I thought was extremely rude. Overall, The salon is not what it used to be and the machines and technology are very outdated.

I have gone to J Madison in the past for massages and loved them, so I started going to them for my nails too. No matter who you get an appointment with- the ladies here are all phenomenal! Everyone is always super friendly and attentive to detail. I love that they remember me each time I’m in!
