I don’t know exactly what’s going on with J Luxe Nails & Spa LLC but this makes the second time my experience has not been great. The first time it took 4 hours and 2 trips to get my nails done right. My pedicure was good but their equipment was properly working, which means I paid for gel polish and it was dried properly. And the led to my polish coming off the next day. They wanted me to make 3rd trip, i was not about to make a 3rd trip. Fast forward to today, they had me in a pedicure station that smelled like dirty water. And had someone who was new doing my pedicure, she didn’t provide all the services that suppose to come with the service. And she tried to use used tools. Not happy at all

Jason is the best! Very detail oriented and willing to create any requested designs. Usually you’ll notice significant spacing between your cuticles and acrylics within a week, however that’s not the case with Jason. It’s been two weeks and there’s hardly any noticeable space yet my nails are growing out. Most importantly, my nails lasted about 4 to 5 weeks, only one had come loose when I was due for a refill.

Would definitely recommend J Luxe Nails & Spa to everyone! The technician chose to help with the acrylic nail polish color for me and making them for a long time and they still look perfect. Everyone working there was very kind and atmosphere was serene. I got there a little bit before my appointment and was waited on immediately. The salon is clean and is pleasing to the eye.
