As a new resident to Waltham I chose this salon due to its ease of online booking. When I arrived for my basic haircut and wash I decided to muster up the courage to ask about hair extensions (post surgery hair thinning). I was always told with my thin hair it was a horrible idea but Jess told me the complete opposite and backed up everything she was telling me. I decided to go for it and she walked me through the process and we made a game plan. I was beyond happy with the results, giving me confidence I’d never thought I’d have. She is excellent at her job, extremely friendly, and very much willing to work with you whether it is a last minute large appointment request or giving her unbiased informational opinion. I constantly get compliments on how amazing my hair looks and how no one can tell I have a partial sew in. Zero regrets.

Critical: ProfessionalismJessica called to reschedule my appointment with only a couple days notice due to a “family emergency” requiring her to leave the country. I was rescheduled for about a week and a half later. Then, I get a voicemail that morning that she needs to cancel AGAIN because she “missed her flight” and to call the shop to reschedule. Well, its now been another week and half, i’ve called the salon several times and no one has returned my calls. As a last resort, I texted Jessica on the number that she called me on to cancel the appointments, and still no response. Not only is this incredibly unprofessional but it has caused a significant inconvenience to me as I had another appointment for a Brazilian Blowout with another salon that I had to reschedule 3 times now. Jessica is great. She does wonders with your hair. Mine was really short & she made it look beautiful. Eventually I decided to grow it out a little & the haircuts I’ve gotten there made that look gracefully as opposed to just awkward stages of (growing your hair out) as a woman. She’s done many different styles with my short hair. Definitely the place to go to.
