This nail salon is so cool! Unlike other salons the set up is so that you dont have to get up inbetween mani/pedis and can do it all in one place. I don’t know where to start!! From the kind gentleman who greeted me at the door, then you walk into this amazingly decorated room with private chairs and curtains. No need to switch chairs your nails and feet are done in one spot by 2 different people. I was greeted by Ivy and Kimmy they treated me with such care. Both woman had a great personality. I always loved Jay Lee Nail Spa, however, I have to deduct 2 stars. Since the pandemic their prices went up to make up for their losses which is fine. When the price change took effect, they were using disposable foot scrubbers for each pedicure which was safe and sanitary. Unfortunately, now they went back to using the same file to scrub each person’s feet which is horrible and the price increase remains the same 🙁 No good.

This place is the caliber to which I measure every other nail salon. Your private seat with personal TV becomes a little haven. Warm water is rolled up to your seat while you turn on the seat massager. The pedicurist takes their time ensuring your feet come out soft and relaxed. If you want a manicure, stay seated. They will also do that right there. And don’t get up to dry — that’s also built into your seat.

It was my first time there. I usually get my nails done at the mall but I decided to go see what this place was about. The atmosphere as far as look was nice. I got a spa pedicure and gel set. My pedicure was amazing the lady IVY did a wonderful job. But the lady that did my nails made them super thick and she actually cut me with the nail filer. I went to go pay and my total was $130!!!!!! Never in my life have I paid so much for nails and a pedicure. And mind you I usually go to the mall where they have a stereotype of being more expensive. But the part that got me was she charged me for one service and gave me my card and said goodbye to flag me down and say she forgot to charge me for the other. Luckily I’m an honest person and came back in.

My family lives about 40 minutes from this nail salon but every time I come home my mom and I make sure we go here. We won’t go anywhere else now! Their service is amazing and they are extremely friendly. Additionally, you can get your pedicure and manicure all while sitting in the most comfortable pedicure chair ever. It is so relaxing! Highly recommend.
