NEVER going back 1st time here and nails are low quality and overpriced. One nail chipped the next day and another 2 popped off in less than a week. Definitely the worst place I’ve ever been to. Customer service was also a no go. Hope this helped anyone looking for new places to try this is NOT one of em.

Refused to assist me with two nail repairs. Two nail techs working on each other’s nails and one student nail tech tried to assist me but the owner stated they didn’t have the colors I requested but I’m looking at the poster inside the shop advertising Glow color nails. Extremely disappointed. Only wanted two nails color changed and she gave me every reason why she could assist me !!!

I’ve been going here for years, and love it. It isn’t super fancy, but neither are the prices. They know what they’re doing, are very clean, and I leave feeling wonderful. I get ingrown toe nails, and Nancy is the absolute best at removing them. Nancy is also great at acrylics and dip powders. Myself, my mom and stepdad love J&L.

Tina proceeded to give me one of the best pedicures I’ve had since I left Arlington, her hands are like magic and my feet look amazing!!
