UPDATE: I made an appointment for 3 months in advance during my last appointment. The appointment is on Wednesday so on the Sunday before I got a text to confirm my appointment which I confirmed. Then on Tuesday I get a phone call where they tell me my stylist is going yo be out until the following week, they didn’t offer a different stylist that could stand in so when I asked they said they had another stylist but she was on a higher level so i would have to pay more. I suggested the salon cover the difference since this was all on them. I have an event on Friday (which is why I booked an appointment 3 months in advance) and planned on my hair being highlighted prior. Needless to say I am not going back there. Really bad business practices

I had a horrible experience at this salon. I went in to get my hair highlighted. It took four hours for shoulder length hair. When I got home, it looked a little off. The next day it was extremely brassy. I called that day and the manager was going to “fix” my hair. My choices were to spend more time and highlight it again or spend a short period of time and make it darker. I chose the short period of time as I have little time to spare. The manager tried but it is still brassy, not necessarily darker, but it looks horrible. I called back again to get my money back and that is something they won’t do. Then the manager proceeded to blame it on me because I don’t have enough time to spend to redo my hair. I don’t like companies that take advantage of people and that is exactly what they are doing. If I pay over $300 to get my hair done and it looks NOTHING like it is supposed to, I should get at least some of my money back. I feel cheated and I feel as though they are not taking responsibility for the horrible job they have done.

I never thought I was going to love my hair again or feel as good as I do now. My hair was such a low point for me and I was hiding in a hat all the time. Before meeting Madison, my hair was damaged and so thin you could see through it. Not to mention the color was awful. Madison literally transformed my hair and my confidence. She got my hair healthy again and eventually we were able to do color, highlights and extensions a couple nights ago. She nailed it above and beyond. I feel like my best version of me for the first time in a long time. She is incredibly talented, and cares about hair integrity. I hugged her like 5 times after! She is amazing.

Madison was the sweetest. I came in with some pretty neglected and damaged hair. And she didn’t make me feel judged or bad. She really took time to listen to me and what I was wanting done. I left so happy and feeling like a new person. I loved it so much that she will be coloring my hair this month. Really looking forward to her working her magic. Recommending Madison to all my friends!

Absolutely adore this place! Christina L. Saved my hair! I came to her in August with yellow, dry, brittle hair, harsh lines and uneven coloring and I honestly couldn’t believe the transformation. She made my hair icy blonde with a beautiful shadow root and so soft I couldn’t believe it was my hair again! Im telling you right now this is your girl to go to! Been going here for years, now. This year they have really great stocking stuffers and hair product sets! Bought some for some of those ‘hard to buy for’ people on my list. I see Lauren at the Lutz location and she is great with her styling expertice and suggestions on how to keep my wavy hair under control. If you need last minute gifts, make sure and stop by any of their locations. Great salon!
