At the Odessa location on July 1 2022, Emma was scheduled to cut my hair. She was still assisting another client during the time of my appointment and it was obvious she was rushing. Due to this she had a helper who styled my hair. Emma cut my hair and did not show me the back of my hair after the cut/style was complete. From the front everything seemed alright, but when I got home and saw the back of my hair, it was way longer on the right side. I have reached out via email to address this issue and I have not received a response since July 2. Truly disappointed that I paid $80 for this haircut, which included a $10 tip.
