Loyal customer since 2005. Tim really knows his profession. He’ll let you know directly with politeness on which hair color and haircut style will most fit and flatter you. He has his certificates/degrees displayed on the wall from Hair Coloring School, Paul Mitchell School, and a couple of other certificates. Tim and his wife, Kimmie, were the very first ones to advertise the Eyelash Extensions back in 2000s, which is how I came to know them. They have taught other professionals the trade. I come for haircuts, hair coloring, hot oil treatments, extensions and wigs. But lately, have suffered gradual hair loss from age the factor. Purchased a medium length (real hair) wig and Tim matched the color precisely to the color with a nice cut. Love it! Its easy to manage, just a few presses with my flat iron and Walla!. Highly recommend this business. A gem tucked away in the City of Monterrey Park.

The owner was great! Very blunt but very professional. He has years of experience and has no problem telling the client what looks good or back. He’s very honest! He chose what he thought looked good on my grandma and cut/styled it to her preference then and there. She loved her wig and would definitely go back when in the market for another.

I was “welcomed” in by the owner who didn’t rush me or assume how much I could afford. He was super helpful and made me feel like I was queen for the day. He allowed me to change my mind as many times as I needed to and once I made my selection took it beyond just making a sale. He placed my wig on me and cut it to fit my face shape and made sure my bangs were not in my eyes. I am definetely coming back.
