This is our 2nd purchase of a hot tub, from J & J. Always helpful, answers questions, and this one was ordered during Covid. It was a long, anticipated wait, (6 mos) but, we were always updated, when they knew something! It has been used almost daily, and great for those daily aches and pains. The quiet, and stars at night are a plus! Highly recommend J & J, for the perfect hot tub, that fits your needs!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityWe moved to The Territory exactly 1 year ago, we know when we moved that a hot tub was in the cards but we knew nothing about owning one. The research addicts side of me went into full motion. We did several searches online and in the surrounding areas in IL and IA and also spent a lot of time going into retail locations. We visited different locations multiple times to get a feel for the customer service and J&J was the most consistent of all in the surrounding areas both in variety, service, product knowledge, and maintenance. We felt very confident enough with them to buy a salt-water one – and they gave us great practical advise on the pros and cons of a saltwater tub. The most impressive part of our entire experience was the post purchase level of service. Rose and team are just superb! Item was delivered and placed as I had initially thought I wanted, a week later we changed our mind about the position and we called them to come rotate it, I felt guilty by this ask because they had to bring the crew back out again but they made me feel like I was important and will do anything, I was extremely happy. We were out of town after the delivery and the repositioning and they came out to fill the tub and get it started. Rose came out a few times to teach my husband how to maintain it and they have always been on hand to answer questions or come out when needed. Hot tubs need care, more than I thought and so it is REALLY important to buy from someone or a company who know what they are doing. Okay so we were so impressed, we bought a Sauna too which was also delivered and set up with zero mishap. We absolutely love working with J&J, they are instrumental in improving our relaxing weekends. Thanks Team – we appreciate you guys! Tried to schedule a 1st time service of my hot tub. J & J was supposed to come on a Wednesday to check over my hot tub and treat it. I called and confirmed appointment on Wednesday and pre-paid for the service. I waited all day and evening for them to show up but no one came and no one called. I received a text while I was at work the next day (Thursday) saying they would be there in 15-30 minutes. I received no advance notice that they were rescheduling their visit to Thursday. Very frustrating. I wanted to be present at the house when they came so I told them not to come on Thursday. In a few days I called back and received a refund and did NOT have them come to my house. Not a reliable service.

Falsely advertised free water analysis on website…when I got there they wanted a 10 dollar service fee to add me to computer system…they had hand written signs in store for the fee of the “free” analysis..no apology for my wasted trip or any kind of effort to work things out…I do not recommend this place for anyone to do business with…bk
