I love getting my nails done at J & J Nails. Diane is the best. Wonderful and caring person always asks how I’m doing and how my family is doing. She is very accommodating, I have had to cancel and reschedule my appointments may times and there has never been an issue. I love her work. My nails always look great because of Diane. Owner is very kind and generous, does a beautiful job. Colleagues not so much, I asked for a coffin shape and it was done very poorly after telling her very nicely I didn’t like it she simply said “it can’t be changed” although im paying correct?, sides of my own nails were visible and shape overall was just terrible, did not start at the cuticles and was honestly quite painful. Definitely do NOT recommend unless you’re guaranteed being attended by the owner, Kathy herself.

I had been going to J&J nails for 15-20 years and had the best in the business do my pedi. KATHLEEN. She has moved on (not sure why, but she deserves better than this place) and they are disrespecting her by not allowing her clients to find her and trash talking her. She is the most professional employee they ever had. Every time I went there, she was always busy…………can’t say that about the other employees. Shame on J&J nails. Never have I gone to a nail salon in my town where the people who work there are so generous. From the moment I walked in till the moment i left, I was taken good care of. The lady took her time with me, didn’t rush, and everyone else made sure i was good as well as the other clients. Very professional and clean! By far the best mani/pedi i have gotten in a while!
