I went in to get my nails done and I asked for a certain place to sit, the woman that was going to do my pedicure indicated they have other sit and laughed and asked me what the difference was. I said between two young female girls, and this woman that was doing my pedicure just started making jokes about my feet and the scars on my feet I was so embarrassed. I happened to arrive at J & J nails at the right time! Appointments is required for service, which I learned when I read it posted at the door. I was allowed in and I asked if I can get a full set? Since she was waiting and or someone didn’t show, I was able to get my full set. I love my nails!! I have wide fingers but Christine is a professional! She gave me close to the color I requested and an awesome job. I have found a new nail salon. I hope I am able to get an appointment when needed because she is well desired as a nail tech and now I know why. Excuse my crooked fingers. 😉

You must have an appointment to be seen or they may be able to squeeze you in. It will also be a rush job. My nails came out great. My pedicure was rushed & the polish job wasn’t neat at all. You can see polish still on the sides of my toes and where the clear coat was not evenly applied to the entire nail because she was rushing. Place is very unclean and unsanitary. Acrylic Dust everywhere and the lady doing the pedicure didn’t even change her finger gloves before doing my toes because it had old fingernail polish on it. This is why people get fungus growth on their nails because these nail salons are not changing files, gloves, or properly cleaning between appointments. Also caught an attitude when I asked her about shellac. I’m not from here so I wasn’t familiar with the term. I simply was asking what it meant but I think the pressure of them being understaffed is what make her catch a attitude. Overall both ladies were sweet, if you want you want acrylic nails…she’s fast and does a great job. It’s just not a cleanly area. I don’t recommend getting a pedicure.
