Critical: ProfessionalismThe lady that was doing my nails hurt me a number of times and told me “it’s because my nails were short.” And I understand that when your nails are short it’s not as comfortable but I’ve never been hurt like that at my usual salon or anywhere else for that matter. On top of that another customer left a $10 tip and $5 was supposed to go to the person who did her manicure and $5 was supposed to go to the person who did her pedicure. The lady doing my nails made a snarky comment about how the person was cheap. As a waitress that makes tips, you should be appreciative for getting a tip at all much less the amount someone is leaving you. I will not return to this salon ever. Poor service and mediocre nails. My nails look great! I got the dip powder! Helen was the lady that helped me! She had a great personality and was very gentle! Everything was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing!! I’m only in the area for about 6 weeks but I will be going back when I’m ready to get my nails redone!!! Also looking to schedule pedicures with my mom and sister in law soon! This was my first time at JJ Nails! Made an appointment and got right in! Only had to wait just a few minutes and I was in and out! My nails look great! I got the dip powder! Helen was the lady that helped me! She had a great personality and was very gentle! Everything was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing!!
