The nail tech with the auburn red hair was slightly rude, rough and did a poor job. The service quickly went downhill when I requested short and even nails. She informed me long nails are nice. I appreciated the recommendation, but I’m not Cardi B, so I would like to maintain my short professional nails. My nails are uneven, specs in the polish, and very thick and uneven. I’m very disappointed with the service and treatment. I do not recommend this nail tech. However, the other nail techs appear to have done a good job on other customers.

I had grown 10 beautiful, long and healthy nails. Last week I had my tips removed to be replaced with overlay. Not aware the person who serviced me was not skilled to do a overlay until I came back and complained after 3 days. My no-chip nail polish cracked on 6 of my nails. My natural nails began to chip and break. The manager was so mean to me. She said that she would re-polish but I would need to pay an additional $45 for a overlay. No way. I’ve been a customer for 2 years and never had an issue like this. They will not receive anymore money from us. Bad business just want your money for the casinos.

Unfortunately the quality has significantly gone down. I got acrylics, it hadn’t been a week & 1/2 and they started literally falling off, they were nice to fix them and now two more fell. I work a desk job, my nails didn’t even brake, it just came off. I know it’s under new management, I hope they got better acrylics because it’s the worst. They had the same colors so I don’t know. Don’t think I’ll be back I paid a lot of money for it to last less than a manicure, unfortunate

Very rushed service. I recieved a full set gel nails that only lasted a week before they started to break off on their own. The nails themselves were crooked and even though I mentioned that to the technician, they only fixed my index finger and seemed upset with me.. Also, no cuticle care which was unfortunate because my cuticles desperately needed some care. I did however enjoy my no chip pedicure, and my eyebrows turned out nice so I thank the lady who took care of those two services for me.

Used to come this nail salon since 2016 when it called kiss nail, but the last owner wasn’t that good, so I stop for a bit. Now they have the new owner coming, and the name is changed to J & J Nails. They have so many new colors for no chip and dip, and everyone is friendly and professional, much better than before. I tried dip nail for the first time, I like it a lot, I use to get no chip nails but my nail is weak and always broke, with the dip nail on, I feel it much stronger than no chip. They also have a reward card for every time you visit, that’s every sweet, I’ll definitely come back!!!

This place was amazing, had a really good experience here. Nice environment and the people that work here are very friendly and will take good care of you. Even though the lady I had didnt talk to me much I was very relaxed. She always made sure I didnt need more drink and that the massage chair was feeling ok for me and made sure everything wasnt too hot for me. They charge an extra $5 for a French tip but its whatever. I really like that it’s cheap for a royal pedicure and they give you drinks!!
