Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was my first time going here & I will NEVER RETURN! The guy that did my pedicure was nice & that’s probably the only good thing I’ll say in reference to that. When it was time to get my nails done I honestly should have left. I showed her pics & she made excuses as to why she couldn’t do the designs. COOL! I decided on something simple. She shaped my nails & they were just horrible. I told her they were crooked & she just kept saying you want to go shorter….NO I want it fixed but that was never the case. I just told her to polish them clear so I could leave. This was my first time going here & I will NEVER RETURN! The guy that did my pedicure was nice & that’s probably the only good thing I’ll say in reference to that. When it was time to get my nails done I honestly should have left. I showed her pics & she made excuses as to why she couldn’t do the designs. COOL! I decided on something simple. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe older woman who did my nails is horrible. She made them way to thick and the tips she put on were to big. One of them is already peeling off on the edge and I got them done TWO DAYS AGO! She also cut 4 different fingers with the sanding tool they use!Service: Acrylic nails

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI asked for gel polish only and was charged for a manicure. The manager did not budge. My nails were awful and they had to re do them over because the previous nail tech left empty gaps in my nails and paint on my actual fingers. I asked her if she was done and she said yes and simply walked away without trying to fix it. Extremely unprofessional. My nails were awful and they had to re do them over because the previous nail tech left empty gaps in my nails and paint on my actual fingers. I asked for gel polish only. She lied and said that she told me she asked if I wanted a manicure. Do not attend this facility. Poor quality and extremely unprofessional.
