Critical: QualityI paid extra just for the length. My colors were basic and I didn’t ask for designs and my nails were $50. Only for them to break 2 days later. The lady who started on my nails just walked off and another lady had to come finish but it was a rush job. One of my nails cracked before she even painted it and then was upset because I asked for it to fixed, only for her to glue it on crooked. The only nice person is the teenage girl that helps out. I paid extra just for the length. My colors were basic and I didn’t ask for designs and my nails were $50. Only for them to break 2 days later. The lady who started on my nails just walked off and another lady had to come finish but it was a rush job. So, my mom and I came in here on a Sunday. We were both very nice and stayed patient, understanding it was an iffy-day already. We expected it to be busy or rather quiet for the time we came in. Anyway, we weren’t greeted, period. We got very nasty looks for even walking through the door. We had to wait almost 30 minutes just for an eyebrow wax for one person..And they weren’t very busy at all. We were their last option customers.

I went in on 7/3/20 for a pedicure and I was told it was a long wait, so she scheduled me an appointment for 7/4/20 @9:30 am. Went to my appointment and they wasn’t even open, sat there 10 min and nothing. One less customer they have, The Nail Salon will have my business for now on.

Asked for a Deluxe Pedicure …received a regular Spa Pedicure when I asked why didnt they do from the knee down to the feet she said ” because they don’t have towels long enough”. When I asked why didnt she push the cuticles back as advertised she said ” when she used the drill to remove my old nail polish she remover the cuticles then.” but the price remained the same. I would pass on this place if you’re looking for a great pedicure. Oh she offered to give me a $3 discount for basically not doing what they advertised …..NEVER AGAIN
