They are amazing at what they do. But the only thing is some stylist are a little too roughly. Some people are slight tender headed. I usually don’t have any issues. This particular visit my head was handled a little roughly. I enjoy coming here. I recently moved to another state but I travel all the way here to get my hair done.

They get your hair really straight but the heat damage isn’t worth it. Not only this shop but ALL like this one. I swear they don’t use heat protectant.

If there was a 0 stars I would put that instead of a 1 star. This ladies are the worst at customer services. They are rude as it can be! Apparently they don’t know how to braid hair. Also, the face mask mandate has been put off and they are still arguing about face mask. If you don’t have one they will give you dirty looks. Worst hair salon I have ever walked into.
