Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThe new management is very rude and disrespectful. Does not communicate well with her customers. The quality is horrible. They only want to do what they want not what you ask for and then rush you to pay. I wouldn’t go there. And they are very expensive for what they offer. Not even Instagram worthy. Very recist. The claim new owner and sent to my house mani and pedi 99cents. I went there and he’s like we booked so i made apt. Then as I was leaving a friend I know came in, long story they took her and 2 other walk ins.. next day I came in and he says that we are booked again…just to meet even though a white young lady who came after me , with same coupon he said nothing after knowing I was first…I said I have an apt..he said oh really then I said why did u do that and explained what I just wrote and he goes up can’t say that don’t say that….it’s not that….no sir it was bc even my pedicure sacked just washed my feet and painted..never again!!!

Horrible… listened to a friend and decided to get a full set here instead of my regular salon… let’s just say to charge me 45 for bumpy mis-shaped nails is robbery… each nail is a different length and different shape. Honestly it looks like a toddler did my nails. Never again I will go back to my girl as she listens and does an amazing job… this place new management or not they do poor ugly work if I could leave zero stars I would…

Over priced and inexperienced!!! Also they embarrassed someone I love dearly who was suffering from the effects of chemotherapy. Her feet and hands turned dark because the chemo and instead of showing compassion the nail technician yelled “why does your feet look like that!” PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT

Worst experience ever. Unlicensed massage facility offering massages. Dirty, no medical waiver, bleach stained towels and dirty rooms. No professional knowledge of the human body. Paid or a 90 min couples massage walked away in more pain then when we arrived.
