Critical: QualityMy hair is permanently heat damaged & I now have months of growth out of the window. I asked for a roller set but my stylist washed & blow dried me without using heat protection until the flat ironing stage. The stylist then used the flat iron on 450, the temp at which hair BURNS. My hair & scalp burned while styling & now my hair is completely lifeless and I totally regret coming here. If you are a natural who loves your curls & growth stay away from this place. Just look at the photos. My hair is permanently heat damaged & I now have months of growth out of the window. I asked for a roller set but my stylist washed & blow dried me without using heat protection until the flat ironing stage. The stylist then used the flat iron on 450, the temp at which hair BURNS. They have temp checks & wipe down the seats w/ disinfectant between customers. The stylist seemed competent so I asked her for a trim. She showed me the length before cutting & she did a good job. This was my first time here. I was looking last minute for somewhere to get a wash set & blow dry. The ladies are very nice. They have temp checks & wipe down the seats w/ disinfectant between customers. The stylist seemed competent so I asked her for a trim. She showed me the length before cutting & she did a good job. I would go back.
