I came to this salon after doing some research on local salons. I travel for work and was looking for somebody local to do my hair. I was terrified about starting at the beginning again. I met Roxy. She is wonderful!! She is knowledgeable, kind, intuitive, listens, helped guide me on my choices and giving me options. She worked SOO hard to meet my expectations. The color was darker than I wanted. When I discussed this with her and the shop they invited me back in to see what they could do. They were so accommodating, pleasant, helpful, kind. It was my first time here and I had an appointment with Frank and I LOVED his attitude!! He was friendly, caring, and he addressed all my hair concerns! NEVER EVER have I had anyone take care of my hair like he did, he even gave me a scalp massage!!! WOWZERS!! I love that he didn’t rush through the who washing, and cutting of my hair.
