JD does a terrific job and offers great advice on choosing a haircut and styling hair. I occasionally have to get my haircut elsewhere when traveling for work, and I always miss JD’s skill and attention to detail. The barbershop has a great old-school atmosphere that really sets it apart from the typical chain hair salon. Prices are also very competitive, especially when considering the quality of the haircut compared to other barbershops or hair salons. I recommend scheduling an apointment if you want a specific time slot or prefer not to wait, since dropping in runs the risk of overlapping with an already scheduled appointment.

Brought in all of my boys the other day. They had so much fun being in a traditional barber shop setting instead of a salon. Brady did a great job on my youngest son. I’ve had JD cut my hair for years. I enjoy the cut but the conversation even more. Brady cut my hair today. It may be the best haircut I have had in years!!! Reminds me of when my dad would take us on Saturday morning to get cuts and we’d see the old timers sitting around, gossiping about the high school game the night before. Nostalgic!!!

My husband went here for a hot shave today. He came home and was raving about this shop. Everything from the barber, the atmosphere (he loved the music being played), and the shave got a 2 thumbs up, 5 star review from him. He will be back at least once a week for a hot shave, and I don’t blame him. His face is super soft… I love it too.

I recently took my son in here to get his haircut and I’ve never heard such whining or complaining in my life; except it was from the barber. All throughout the haircut, JD kept passive-aggressively mentioning how his establishment was a man’s babershop and maybe we should go somewhere else. JD needs to understand that if he advertises 7$ haircuts in the middle of town, that people will come in with their kids. He should also create policy that he does not do kids haircuts rather than complain and make his customers feel very unwelcome.
