Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityWent in as a new customer, left feeling like I’d return. They are professional and respectful. The color I wanted wasn’t panning out, after several coats, instead of just slapping 1 coat on and calling it cash money, they tried several coats and the nail was still showing through. So they removed the color and we started over! I was impressed. Other salons would have just left it and said that’s what you asked for and told me the price.The nail tech made sure I had the length I wanted and checked my nails repeatedly throughout the process. Went in as a new customer, left feeling like I’d return. They are professional and respectful. The color I wanted wasn’t panning out, after several coats, instead of just slapping 1 coat on and calling it cash money, they tried several coats and the nail was still showing through. So they removed the color and we started over! I was impressed. Other salons would have just left it and said that’s what you asked for and told me the price.

Best place in Festus to get your nails done. The staff are accommodating, helpful, and polite. I love the product every time. Definitely recommend them. You must make an appointment though for your services. Nail art, Pedicure, Acrylic nails

I came to the salon today because I couldn’t get in at my normal place. I called to make an appointment, but they said I didn’t. They did my nails very fast and I just got a gel nail fill…my cuticles are VERY messy, and even though I mentioned it, they did not offer to fix . Then I was charged $50!!!!! I was stunned truly. I have been going to Fashion Nails in Herculaneum getting my nails done for a year, and they charge $30 for a fill with fun mail art. I will never cheat on Fashion Nails again . I do not recommend this salon .

I went in to get my acrylic nails taken off. As the lady was going to remove them I noticed she was going to pop them off with the nails the have and she could see in my face I got nervous and asked if I was okay. I told her I just have sensitive nails and was scared it was going to hurt. She soaked them in the acetone or whatever it is they use and thinned it down layer by layer until there was no more nail. So happy with the service and will definitely be back when I need my nails done again.

JD nails is top notch!! My wife has been to 50 different places in her years and this is the ONLY place she actually will drive 45 min out her way to visit. I got a pedicure done there the other day, the lady was so gentle, didn’t make my feet bleed, and did a great job sanding down my warn feet. Best place in Missouri.
