Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI made my appointment two months in advance and was so excited for it. Unfortunately I’m very disappointed with how my hair turned out and left the salon in tears. I essentially spent $200 for my hair to be ruined. I told Christa very clearly what I wanted and showed pictures so there would be no confusion. I clearly stated I understood if she couldn’t get it done in one day. However instead of working out a plan to do it in more than one session, or simply admit she wasn’t capable of executing what I wanted she gave me the impression she could get it very close to what I was hoping for. I was hoping to have all my hair dyed a silver/gray color and ended up with blonde highlights with a gray toner on them. She at no point told me she was doing it in highlights, I noticed when the back half was done. She stated the price was because she used so much product which doesn’t entirely make sense given the overwhelming majority of my hair is still brown. Very disappointed that upon reaching out to express my dissapointment given how much I paid, she was very rude and her response was essentially to say it was all my fault for wanting something so stupid.
