Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was visiting from Texas to attend a wedding and had to Google salons in the area as I had no idea where to get my hair done. This business has a great website showing their services. Upon arrival, I first noticed they take the pandemic very seriously while offering exceptional service. Morgan did an amazing job with my makeup. I am always apprehensive about letting someone do my makeup as I am very simple and don’t like alot of makeup. She listened to my requests and gave me the look I was looking for. Then Justin took over and did my hair. I wanted a simple curl and again he listened to my request and did an exceptional job. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I was visiting from Texas to attend a wedding and had to Google salons in the area as I had no idea where to get my hair done. This business has a great website showing their services. Upon arrival, I first noticed they take the pandemic very seriously while offering exceptional service. Morgan did an amazing job with my makeup. I am always apprehensive about letting someone do my makeup as I am very simple and don’t like alot of makeup. She listened to my requests and gave me the look I was looking for. Critical: Quality, ValueWent there to have my wife’s hair cut and colored and ended up costing 300 dollars and she cut to much hair off and plus it was so badly uneven had to come back the next day and have them fix it and they had to take off at least another inch of her hair off. Plus on top of that her hair color is turning brassy color. She has been trying to get ahold of the owner and manager over a dozen times and they won’t return her phone calls. This is crazy. Went there to have my wife’s hair cut and colored and ended up costing 300 dollars and she cut to much hair off and plus it was so badly uneven had to come back the next day and have them fix it and they had to take off at least another inch of her hair off.
