The staff is super nice however I was super disappointed with my haircut. I told both staff members that I did not want more than 1 inch cut off however more than 5 inches was gone. It took me 2 years to grow my hair and the gentleman feathered my hair so much that it looks soooooo thin. Totally disappointed. Haircut
