Critical: ProfessionalismThe first time I went the staff was very nice, but the second time I went no one knew the answers to a single question I asked. No one was interested in helping me as I struggled to attempt to get wigs down myself and the both girls were not only rude but told me they were out of ALL human hair despite there being an entire section for it in the back (I discovered with zero assistance). I honestly think she just assumed I wasn’t going to buy, but ultimately this is what made me leave and choose somewhere else without making any purchases. The first time I went the staff was very nice, but the second time I went no one knew the answers to a single question I asked. No one was interested in helping me as I struggled to attempt to get wigs down myself and the both girls were not only rude but told me they were out of ALL human hair despite there being an entire section for it in the back (I discovered with zero assistance). I honestly think she just assumed I wasn’t going to buy, but ultimately this is what made me leave and choose somewhere else without making any purchases. I felt like someone else should be paid to work there since some people clearly don’t want to.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been a faithful customer for at least five years! I love the customer service here. All the sale associates have always been kind and very very patient with me. I’m never rushed or felt like I was always to make purchase. No matter the amount I spent, I was ALWAYS respected.
