I hired Kenzie for mine and some of my bridesmaids hair for my wedding. She did an amazing job! I was able to meet with her before my wedding to do a run through to make sure I would be happy with my hairstyle. She is super sweet and patient. Terrible experience with a bayalage. Overpriced and not professional work by any means. Poor communication and response when I tried to contact the salon to have the issue resolved. I was told that I should have contacted them a different way when I used the email provided on their facebook page as well as facebook messenger without a response. ***These pictures are from a different stylist (not at the same salon) who was correcting the bad bayalage.***

I have been there all in all 3 times. Because my sister often cuts my hair I don’t maintain a regular hair stylist. So each time I have been I needed shaping up. The last time I went I hadn’t had a cut in 5 months. They are always kind, and clearly happy to please. My experiences have always been good and the cut was always professional and gorgeous.

Stylist spent 5 minutes on my hair and never asked if I was happy with what I got (which I wasn’t). Price was reasonable for what I got but I was disappointed with the cut I received. Would have paid more for better service, this isn’t my normal salon but it will never be my back up salon again. Several places in asheboro that you could go to.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came here to get a Balayage and I have brown hair so the process to get to blonde is a little harder but I’ve done it plenty times before and I’ve never gotten the color that I got from J brewer. She didn’t tone my hair, and left it a orange/yellow color, even when I went back for a second time to get it fixed. She also did no blending or connecting pieces and there was just a horizontal line across the back of my hair that went from brown to blonde. I even went back and nothing was changed. I have no idea what she did the whole time but it looked exactly the same, maybe just a little more yellow! I asked for a refund and the only thing they offered me was for the same girl to do my hair after she messed it up twice!!!! No way I was letting the same girl do it so now I have to pay even more to go to a better salon and get it fixed. Autumn cut and colored my hair. I haven’t liked my color in a very long time. She did a great job. The cut is cute. Prices were on par with most salons. It is a large place. The shampoo chairs are a little uncomfortable for short people. The salon was clean and smelled good. They offer a complimentary beverage. They are familiar with clients on the Spectrum. My stylist was Catherine and she was absolutely amazing she took her time talking to me before cutting my hair and I couldn’t be more happier with the outcome it is very difficult to find a good stylist and I’m really thankful I found mine thanks again Catherine I see you again in a few weeks and going forward!!!
