Critical: Quality, ValueThe staff was friendly. I wanted to like this place. Needless to say I’m out almost $60 for a haircut and unfortunately will not be back. I had two ladies working on my which I thought was unusual but went with the flow. Things appeared to be great when I was there. I typically style my hair so didn’t notice how bad of job was done. It wasn’t until the end of the week when I finally straightened my hair that my sister-in-law said ” what the heck is up with your hair?”She told me that it looked extremely uneven and blotchy. That’s when I took a picture of the back of my hair. To my utter shock it is absolutely terrible probably one of the worst haircuts in my life! It looks like a toddler cut my hair. I’m completely mortified and embarrassed to be in public with my hair like this. The only thing I can do for now is put my hair in a ponytail until it grows back enough to get my hair redone.The staff was friendly. I wanted to like this place. The staff was friendly. I wanted to like this place. Needless to say I’m out almost $60 for a haircut and unfortunately will not be back. I had two ladies working on my which I thought was unusual but went with the flow. Things appeared to be great when I was there. I typically style my hair so didn’t notice how bad of job was done. I am so happy with my hair! The color and cut are amazing! I was worried with having so much violet in my hair that balayage wouldn’t turn out, but I was so wrong. Kara assured me it would be beautiful and it absolutely is! Thank you so much for making my hair look amazing.

I was recommended to this place by a friend who goes here. I didn’t get to try her girl but after my experience I won’t be coming back. Let’s just say to come off as a high end salon they have mediocre artists. I’ve been to both high end and non high end salons and this was not the best experience. The girl I went to Lindsay was nice but I would not call her a top stylist. She almost let me leave there with half orange and half blonde highlight in the front of my face. I told her she had to take the brass out of it and she looked at me like I wouldn’t know what I’m talking about. I work in this industry and know a lot bout it. So to question me when my hair looks half done is shocking to me. Then she processes it one more time, leaving it grey with areas of brass and of course broken pieces. She had another sweet young girl blow my hair out and it came out horrible. Lindsay looked at me at the end and asked if I were happy. When you look at this picture I posted when I was there. Tell me if this would be a good representation of your job or salon. Definitely go elsewhere. The prices are way to high for the quality

This was my first experience at J. Booth Salon. It was also my first time having another stylist cut my hair for the first time in over a decade. I had booked an appointment with Becca, words can not describe how amazing she was. She talked to me about what I wanted and asked me questions about my hair to get to understand my needs and wants. She was very friendly and professional and made me feel very conformable. Definitely recommend Becca if you are looking for a stylist or a new salon.

My daughter cut off about 2/3 of her beautiful curly hair earlier today. I called all over town looking for an appointment despite the Christmas parade tomorrow. When I called J Booth, they said to come right in. They took my 4-year-old even though their salon was completely full tonight and Jacey rescued her remaining hair. She blended what she could and gave me tips on how to disguise the extremely short area. The results are adorable. The owner checked us out and couldn’t even tell it was a rescue cut! They even only charged us for a regular half hour kids cut. Thank you so much Jacey!!

A pleasant experience as usual from the moment you walk through the door. Beautiful salon with very friendly staff and owner. I’ve never had to wait for my appointment more than a minute or two. Lexy makes sure to address any and all concerns I may have with my hair. While I sit for my hair to process, Lexy and other staff members always come over to check on me. I’m always extremely satisfied with my cut and color. I highly recommend this J. Booth Salon

My stylist was Lexy and she did SUCH an amazing job at styling and coloring my hair the way I pictured it. All of the girls work as a team and are so friendly. Kara is absolutely wonderful! She always makes me feel comfortable and like a queen. She listens and educates me so I understand more about my hair and the color process. When I ask her about products, she helps me understand which ones will perform for what I’m looking for.
