I do like my stylist and the shop is very cute. However, they really need a receptionist or protocol to handle phone calls and scheduling so that my stylist does not stop every 5 minutes while cutting my hair. It is extremely bad, some visits I feel like she never even looks at me, instead is talking to everyone around me and juggling her phone with the scissors. This review is not intended to be mean but maybe help bring about good change for everyone. I am sure I am not the only one who feels this way.
