If I could rate with 10 stars I would my sister and I went in to get our nails done for my birthday and it couldn’t have gone any better Matt was the Nail Tech and he was just so nice and did an absolutely AMAZING job on our nails. It was such a nice enviromemt and just so welcoming. Hands down the best experience getting my nails done!!

He was friendly and has such a wonderful attention to detail. We have been other places in the past but from now on we will be returning here. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityJust the other day i went in. I was supposed to be with Brittany but she wasn’t there she was quarantining, so I had to see Maria. I had to have my hair done for the next day so I didn’t have any other option. They told me to come back at 2:30 instead of 1 which is when my appointment was. Then I spent 2 hours there while she gave me a shampoo cut and style and took off the acrylic on my nails. I’ve never spent so long at a hair style salon and never been talked to the way she did. She started talking bad about the girl who was supposed to do my hair in front of me. Then told me that she didn’t want me to go back to my nail salon saying that they were using dirty equipment because I had some fungus on my fingers, it’s not from dirty equipment. I wash my hands constantly at work and that’s why. I’ve never left somewhere to the point of crying and I was in tears. 3 out of 7 of my nails still had acrylic and it was brought to my attention that my hair wasn’t even cut straight. I had to get it fixed by my mom. Which brings me to the fact of she told me that I need to “get it together” because I couldn’t remember what shampoo and conditioner I used since my mom brings it home from her work for me and I had been up since 3 am and was exhausted. I understand if she was going to recommend something but she wasn’t. My mom finally got a hold of the owner and he refunded me for my nails but I told him I would never come back and didn’t want a credit on my account because that would mean I would have to go back and get my hair done with them again.
