Poor service, was texting and on the phone while serving me. Had a gel manicure and the polish was applied unevenly with see through spots. Lower price than other salons in the area but I’d rather pay more for better service.

Okay so I went here a couple months back. I had an appointment, I got a baby sitter, I have two under two and can’t take them. It’s so hard to get out for me time. With an appointment an hour and a half went by. I asked for warmer water as my feet soaked for 1.5 hours. I asked if I was going to be seen soon. One of the ladies seemed upset that I asked for warm water. I finally got up to leave because my time was up. One of the ladies came out asking me to come back in and I was next. I had to leave I had a babysitter so I could come here to soak my feet in cold water for almost two hours. The lady said come back and try us again promising 20% off. Well I went back just three weeks ago while my mom was able to watch my babies. Mani and pedi are okay. The same lady that offered me 20% said no she could only do 10% off.

Price is great! My go to manicurist is May. Been going to her for well over eighteen years now. I’ve gone to other places but she’s the only one who does my nails and LAST!! The only issues I have is that the styles are out dated but if you want quality she’s great. She’s always busy but worth the wait.

Save your money! Tina was so terrible and rude. She did gel on my nails and most of them had bubbles or she left gaps cuz she didn’t apply enough polish. When I asked her to please correct it, she got bothered and when she was buffing off the area, she was purposely hurting my skin. It was one thing after another even with the payment. I’m not worried about the price, she tried to double charge me and didn’t give me a receipt because “she ran out of paper” I had to walk out. I’ll have to fix it with the bank. This is my first and last time coming here.

Love this place, especially taressa. Which is the only reason i keep goinf back. The old lady owner before was rude, no custoner service, barely any nail colors to choose from. She looked miserable. Glad shes gone. Love the new look and the new employees and much more nicer and comfortable.

The owner was a rude b***! started to do a manicure on my daughter’s nails and literally ripped her cuticles off til she bleed, my daughter’s hands were in such pain and this idiot woman still expected me to pay, I didnt pay her jack sh**! The other girls do a great job but the owner needs to go!
