I honestly can say that I had the best experience, it’s been so long since I have gotten my hair done and Jeremy did a terrific job I was told by other hairstylist that my hair cannot look or get a certain way because of how thin and damaged my hair was and Jeremy literally prove that to be wrong, I trust him with my hair all the way and my family and friends gave compliments on it, so thank you so much for everything!!

Jeremy has done several of my perms and they always turn out amazing. I love the close-knit atmosphere, it makes for a very comfortable experience. Maddy also helped with my perm! And afterwards Anastasia fixed up my brows because they were a hot mess and I was honestly surprised with how well they looked by just tweezing them! I will always be a loyal guest to JA Salon!

I will NEVER EVER go back to alpha salon. I saw Jessica about a month ago. I told her how I wanted my hair (to bring the blonde up and do lowlights, I already had pre lightened hair). She ended convincing me what she could do with my hair. Which was just some lowlights she said I’d have to schedule another appointment to get my blonde brung up a few shades. She scheduled her appointments too close together and didn’t even have time to style my hair that day either. So I made another appointment on the morning of my my boyfriend’s birthday, I took off work for it. I went in for my appointment and she said she didn’t have me on the schedule. She was overbooked and knocked me off her schedule so she could tend to her “regulars”. She called me a liar and had NO other appointment for me in her system! How unprofessional of them. She is truly unorganized and disrespectful! I will NEVER go back.
