Rip off! I booked a 2 1/2 hour service for myself and friend and they shaved 30 minutes off of the service! Paid for 2.5 of service time and got 2.0. We were supposed to be in the hot before our massage and they had us get out after 5 minutes. What’s the point? My massage therapist was Egor/Igor. He refused to adjust his pressure. It was so light. I told him I wanted much much deeper. He completly ignored me and just dumped oil on me. To loose 30 minutes and a terrible massage, why come here. It is under new ownership and it is terrible. There is another review below with a simular complaint about the massage. The owner responded as a Fake Review. I think she was talking about Igor and her experience is simular to mine. My massage was just awful.

This is the place to go a an amazing and relaxing experience. This place is always very clean and tranquil. The Russian style massage relaxes me completely. I have been here more that 8 times so far and there will be many more. I have had massages from 3 different masseuse and they all have been great. I recommend this place to all!!
