Today was my first time visiting and I must admit I was impressed. Very professional, Excellent customer service, sanitary/clean environment, and good conversation! When I arrived she was finishing up w/her previous customer. I sat in the chair at my appointed time, & by the time she finished my hair, her next appointment was arriving. It’s evident she’s serious about her craft and considerate about your time/needs. I am extremely pleased with my experience, but most importantly my HAIR!!!! Highly recommended, I’ll definitely be going back!!!

I had an awesome experience with Iye African Hair Braiding from setting the appointment to when I was done. She was very professional when I spoke with her to set the appointment. She arrived on time and started immediately. She made me feel at home.The hospitality was off the charts ..The shop is beautiful clean and well kept. .Then she did an awesome job on my hair . Even though getting braids is time consuming, I didn’t have to wait all day . I will recommend her to people and I will definitely go back to her again!!! Thanks A lot!!!!

The rating isn’t referring to her work… she does excellent work. My problem is with her prices. I feel like she overcharges. A month ago i let her do medium box braids on me… the price was 180 for mid back length but i ended up getting charge 240 for a little past the back length… not even touching the butt area…I came back today to get some of them done again because of new growth. All she did was the front edges area and one row of the back and i got charge 160. She didn’t even look to see if i had any new growth in the middle section of my head. On top of that my appointment was at 8am .. while she was working on my head .. someone else came in and she stopped doing mine and redid 3 or 4 braids for them. Told me she had to leave for a few mins while i was sitting in her chair… then came back and was on the phone the whole time doing my hair. I didn’t leave until 1pm . I definitely don’t feel I should’ve been charged 160 for all of that in my opinion

Today was my very first visit an I really must say they are professionals! The customer service from booking my appointment to walking in getting serviced was amazing. They are VERY clean! They also sprayed down their chairs and wiped them before they seat you..( C-19 Safe Environment)..My Braids are BEAUTIFUL & VERY NEAT ! I will be returning again & I HIGHLY recommend them.. JOB WELL DONE QUEENS!!

First time trying this Salon….The place was VERY clean, the Staff was VERY friendly and attentive. My hair braids look FABULOUS, the Stylist my expectations! This will be the ONLY place I allow to braid my hair. I highly recommend this Salon.

I called them that morning and they were able to get my daughter in with no problem. My daughter asked for the knotless braid medium size and she was out of there within 4 hours. Her hair turned out great. It was very clean and very neat. We will be returning.
