Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI went in and literally asked “How long for a fill?” They ignored my question and asked me to pick a color and sat me down. I sit down and have my color ready 30 minutes later, Lee walks over and basically forces me to follow his instagram— whatever I did, ready to get my nails done. 20 minutes later another customer walks in and is seated just like me. 10 minutes later, they walk over to her and ask her what color and then tell her “It’s Sunday so we only take cash” so 1. that doesn’t even make sense but 2. I’ve been here an hour and you didn’t tell me that or tell me I would have to wait so long. So then she walks over to me and asks if I want a design, she is still with two other clients. I finally say “No I want this color but did you say only cash? I don’t have cash on me” she says “Oh there is an ATM over there” Points across the street. Like seriously? I left and will never come back. I had them remove acrylic nails and to give me a manicure then color. I am not sure what nail color they use which was in a box with 2 bottles but let me tell you It’s taking me over a month for me to remove the polish. I have never had so much damage to my nails then me trying to take this stuff off. When he put the polish on my nails and out me in the UV dryer my nail beds were burning. I mentioned I was burning and he kept shoving my nails back in. It’s now been over a month and I am still dealing with brittle thin nails. My nails were always long and strong. Even with vitamins and nail hardener it’s been really hard. This stuff was so damaging I’ll never go here again. Please be careful

I’ve gone here for a while because my mom has known Hannah since before she owned Ivy’s Nails. I’ve always noticed something a little off, but now that I’m older and can speak for myself, I strongly dislike this place. Instead of making an appointment with Hannah, I went with Nikki because in my opinion she is 100% better than both Hannah and the guy that works there. Hannah and Nikki started yelling at each other in their language and was very close to getting violent. Hannah was working on my mom’s toes and was cutting her with the tools she was using, my mother confronted both of them since Nikki was working on my hands and didn’t want me to be cut. The guy was working on my sisters nails and had to redo them because they were very thick and nasty looking and the polish was very messed up. After all of this, no money off and only an apology from Hannah because she wanted a tip. Ever since that Nikki has not been back and I cannot find a good nail technician for as cheap as she was.

Lady Glitter Sparkles Seriously
So I just got my nails done and eyebrows waxed at this place, I picked this place for the reviews and how many stars it had! Don’t go there one eyebrow is higher then the other, I got coffin nAils and it was a full set, I asked for acrylic nails and I got such a then layer that my nails look flat and my pinky nails are sticking up in the air, he did such a thin layer that my one nail cracked already and I got them done yesterday!! I asked for polish and got gel, they did not listen to me, $63.00 that’s with tip!!! I didn’t even get like a crazy design, I gave one star cause the only good thing was they had a huge wide range of colors
