Initially — I was very impressed with Ivy Nail Spa.. they worked quick and my nails looked good. Within 2 days, 3 of my nails cracked because of how thin of a layer of dip-acrylic was done. I attempted to go into the salon to have them fixed after the 3rd crack, and they let me know they were unable to get me in and that I needed to make an appointment. I went in the next day, but another 2 nails had chipped or broke. Within 7 days, nearly all my nails chipped or broke and I chose a different salon less than 2 weeks later to get a new set done.

Very cute salon! I was running late for my appointment and they were still able to see me. They did an amazing job and the gel manicure is not thick which I’m so happy about. So convenient that’s there’s brow and lash services which I’ll have to try another time. Manicure, Pedicure

Done solar, dip powder, pedicures and every service was amazing! They are SO nice, so good at communicating, so patient & kind. They are SO nice, so good at communicating, so patient & kind. Truly some of the best customer service and the quality of work I’ve experienced. Glad to find my new place to go for my beauty needs and it’s close to home! Really cute shop! Place is clean and felt safe while I got my beauty service done. I got pedicare done by Ivy, manicure by Jennifer. Did not realized they offer facial until I looked at their menu. Megan did great job with facial. All of them did wonderful! All were very attentive and met my expectations, definitely will be coming back! They also have a point system like a reward system, so that’s pretty neat! They’re also having their 30% discounts on nail service right now. It’s a new shop, please come and support! Very sweet people!

It also makes me feel better that the technicians that do lashes and brows have quite a bit of experience and a great reputation/portfolio prior.
