I had the BEST experience at Ivy. The staff was so welcoming and kind and salon was relaxing and beautiful. My stylist Elizabeth was AMAZING! I came in getting a huge change to my hair…cutting over 20 inches off! She listened intently to what I was looking to do, asked about my lifestyle to make sure the cut she gave me worked well for that, and took extra time to show me how to style my hair at home with the tools I had available to me. She was sweet, caring, and extremely skilled. I can’t say enough about her! I absolutely LOVE my hair! Amazing experience and I will definitely be back!

The person who greeted me was very nice, gave me a tour of salon, etc. The appointment started with a scalp massage which was a nice touch. However most of appointment was very awkward. I sort of felt like I wasn’t the clientele they aim for. The cut I had was poor considering it was $60. I actually had to pay someone else to correct it. End of appointment was just very awkward… I didn’t feel like the stylist wanted me as a client and it really showed. The only positive thing about my experience was the nice receptionist and the scalp massage.

I was visiting from out of town and wanted a nice blow dry. Hanna was very professional, asked in detail about what I wanted and did a great job. The place is also clean and they’re happy to serve you the Aveda calming tea.

I’ve seen Morgan twice now, and this is the happiest I’ve been with my hair in years! She’s the first stylist in a long time that really listened to what I wanted and did that, instead of what they thought would look best. I currently have the dreamiest layers that I’ve been wanting! It doesn’t look like just a standard cut that could be anybody else in the street. Highly recommend! 10/10

I had a mediocre haircut. The haircut was supposed to come with styling, however my hair stylist just brushed and blow dried my hair in maybe 6,7 minutes and that was it! I could easily do that myself at home! I have curly hair and it takes about 30 min to style it properly! It seemed like she did not really care about me being happy with my haircut. I won’t be going back.

I was very pleased with my experience here. I called on Thursday afternoon and got an appointment for late Friday afternoon. I was so ready to get my hair cut. I arrived a few minutes early and that was great. They showed me around the salon and after I used the restroom my stylist was ready for me. Elizabeth was great. She not only done a great job on my wash and cut but she also recommend some leave in conditioner as I have long dry hair and it tangles easy. I love it and the fact that they ask you everything about your hair and everyone was very polite. I will definitely return. I already have my appointment set.
