Not to mention these are the best nails I have ever had in my life and I have been getting acrylics since I was 14 years old. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had an appointment at 3:15 but I called ahead to let them know I was running a couple minutes behind. They said that was fine. When I got there the guy said he had to finish with someone else and it would be a half hour. I said that was fine. He wrapped my nails with acetone and foil. An hour later, no one had even checked on me. Three people came in and they immediately started doing their nails. Meanwhile my skin was starting to burn from the acetone. I wound up leaving. I had an appointment at 3:15 but I called ahead to let them know I was running a couple minutes behind. They said that was fine. When I got there the guy said he had to finish with someone else and it would be a half hour. I said that was fine. He wrapped my nails with acetone and foil. This guy that did my nails did an amazing job with my nails he not only knew what I wanted but he has previous customers and remembered what they wanted. The place was so clean that I felt at home. I absolutely love this place. I got a full set of acrylic nails and I got what I wanted. In previous nail salons the nail polish would get messed up. This guy that did my nails did an amazing job with my nails he not only knew what I wanted but he has previous customers and remembered what they wanted. The place was so clean that I felt at home. He took his time to take care of my nails. I recommend this place you won’t regret it.

Critical: QualityI went there this Monday. Nice people but the gel over the dip was not set right and the man who did my nails smudged it. My nail broke, 2 days later which shouldn’t happen. My nails all have indents and are all weirdly shaped when I asked for almond shape. Over priced and guys constantly stopped to watch the tv.

I went to get dip, and they wanted to put my fingers, now with open cuts, into the container they use for every customer. That can cause infection not only for me, but can cause issues for future clients. I refused, saying I did not want to do any polish as I was concerned about health and safety. I was met with a confused face and they made it seem as if I was making an issue out of nothing, which I was not. The shape of my nails are also uneven and jagged. While there, six of my fingers were sliced open by the nail filer and left bleeding. There was no apology. I went to get dip, and they wanted to put my fingers, now with open cuts, into the container they use for every customer.
