This place did exactly what I wanted and they turned out great but, when I was in there me and my friend had an appointment so we could just walk in the lady took me first and everything was going fine tell other people that didn’t have an appointment started before my friend they probably took 3 other people besides her and then another lady walks in and says she doesn’t like her nails(they looked horrible and we’re not like the picture that she showed the guy) so she got a 15$ refund but her nails were 65$ so I suggest you have a simple design for them because I didn’t have a design but my turned out good little expensive but good nails. And another lady came in saying her nails popped off in less then a week so it’s only been 4 days since I got mine but I’m not sure!

I was nervous to come due to the negative reviews but it was fine. I got in within 15min of calling and Gary did my full set and repair. He came across as super knowledgeable but abrupt, it made sense seeing as he basically runs the place by himself. That being said everyone was really nice and friendly, you could tell they wanted to please. And they take ApplePay. I will come back for the pedi experience but honestly

I’m gonna be completely honest. Not once in my life have I had a pedicure. This place makes me want to get one at least monthly. They take pride in the work they do. My feet have never received so much love. I’m looking forward to the next one.

I had a manicure done and it turned out amazing! This is my second time here. I initially walked in and they took me right away. They also accept reservations which I recommend because they do get very busy. The manicurists that I have had were excellent and very accommodating. I know they do nail art too but I am extremely satisfied with my “simple” manicure. I recommend coming here.

My daughter had a mani/pedi for the start of the new school year. Within two days the gel polish had come off of two nails. We went back to Ivy Nails to get it fixed, and the keep us waiting while the took six other people. So instead of fixing their mistake, the took new customers. The man working acted super nasty and put out like how dare we come back to fix defective service. We waited a long time as they took walk in after walk in. Not to mention the man working was rude and held his hand up to my child’s face as a stop gesture repeatedly shaking it in her face when she tried to follow him back to his chair, thinking it was her turn. He even yelled at us criticizing us in front of the entire salon. Huge waste of money, poor quality service, rude staff, refuse to fix their mistakes.

The nail tech was incredibly sweet and nice, but she did not do a good job. The regular mani/pedi was rushed, sloppy and I’m questioning cleanliness. My nails were not filed properly or even. The water/bowl used to soften and remove my cuticles were dumped in my pedicure tub while my feet were in the tub prior to pedi. When I asked her to even out my nails, she tried her best. I knew she wasn’t up to the task. The massage portion was wet and rushed. I’m assuming she was sick because she had sniffles/maybe was out of it. I appreciate work and effort, but I am a paying customer and you can clearly see that this is a very bad manicure. The pedicure is just as bad. I am from out of town and assumed this would have been an easy task because it was a regular*** mani/pedi. Please take your time and make sure staff feels well.

I wanted a full set with regular polish. He left excess acrylic under my nails. Which gets caught on everything. The top coat he used left air bubbles all over my polish. My nails looked terrible from the moment I left.My mother got a gel manicure and within a day it was chipping which means the nail was not prepped properly, or the gel was old. $65 for a gel pedicure with all the extras is pretty fair of a price. My mom and I were walk ins and we were seen immediately. The ladies were super nice and attentive and it was a really good experience. I would absolutely recommend this place!
