Salon is under new management and it shows. The employees were all nice and friendly. (Greeted us with cold water bottles/ noticed I was on my phone and gave us the wifi password) I did a gel set which came out great and they gave me a free upgrade on my pedicure. Terrible just terrible. First they make you pay upfront, second everyone in there was so rude the entire time, third, the tech only spent tops, 20min doing the service. No message no scrub, she just trimmed my nails and painted them and the paint is terrible by the way. So unacceptable for $30. Don’t go here, there’s a reason why no one is ever in there and a reason why they make you pay upfront.

Ivy Nail and Spa is a nail spa under new management. I had a great experience with my mani pedi. Ivy is gentle with preventing ingrown toenails and is meticulous with cleaning up cuticles. I’m always happy with my gel nails. Ivy has only technicians who she trusts, and they all continually check to see if you are satisfied with what they are doing. This spa is a relaxing and quiet place to visit. I appreciated the skills and professionalism of Ivy and her team.
