Don’t waste your $$. They charge you for length of nails, shape of nails, for regular polish and double for gel. They hassle you about gel polish the entire time. My pedicure was a joke (pictured below) with the extra charge for a design

I went in with my boyfriends mom. She goes in all the time so I thought I would give it a try as it is not my normal place. I when it and got it done and it was all good. Two days later a nail broke I thought nothing of it because things happen. I went in and got it fix and the next day (today) another one popped off and one is coming off most likely to be off tonight.

If I could give zero stars to this place, I would. We went for pedicures…which should be a relaxing, fun experience. Both of our nail techs would not speak to us much…it was super awkward. My daughter was pushed into a gel pedicure which she absolutely really didn’t want but felt she needed to agree. Her nail tech was extremely rude and harsh with her. My nail tech did an absolutely horrible job. She cut my toe,got paint on my sandals and left my feet very rough even when she was done, my paint was globby and actually came off on my big toes within an hour of coming home. I called and the manager had me come in. They gave me a different tech who swiped my one toe w/ remover and slapped ONE coat of the polish and then took her finger to the other toe and smoothed the messy polish back together and said ” there you’re done…if you had just paid more for the gel, this wouldn’t have happened. You pay for the gel and I’ll fix it right”

Thick, misshaped, expensive and they paid zero attention to what they were doing. Multiple cuts on each hand and charged $100 for a horrible job. I’ll never recommend them to anyone. You’re better off learning to do it yourself for the absolutely horrible quality you’ll receive. Dip powder

Against my better judgment I thought I would try this place once again. My initial bad experiences were years ago and they have updated recently. Never again. They are scam artists, looking for ways to extort as much money from you as possible. First, they are so rough…it’s not about a gentle and quality experience, it’s about how fast they can churn you out. My little girl and I got gel pedicures. After that I let her have her nails painted…no gel, I don’t think a six year old needs that. They charged me $45 for her painted nails. $225 later…unreal.

Ya I am not happy at all. I am actually very upset. I went in there to get arcrylics done she said$50 at least that’s ridiculous. Ended up just getting Gel they said $16 ended up paying $40 . We were rushed to sit down and once my nail tech joined me he was extremely rude. He rushed to get them done, I have nail polish all over my fingers. He did absolutely nothing before the nail polish just put it right on my fingers. My mom also got her nails done and hers turned out decent. Her nail tech was also really nice. I definitely will not be going back. Very disappointed and it’s extremely overpriced.

Had a gel manicure and pedicure done yesterday, 5/3/22 today a nail completely lifted off, two have chipped and another has lifted up. Called Ivy and was told I had to have the same nail tech redo the nails, who clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing or id have to pay the $58 again to have my nails done. Would not recommend them to anyone. Very unhappy and unsatisfied. Terrible customer service.
